  • a home is like any investment, it can go up in value or down. Once again no individual responsibility for actions. And I love the excuse that other people and institutions have no morals so why should I. Such adolescent behavior.

  • Unions are just like any other bureaucracy... big and slow to change. In this economy companies are forced to turn on a dime as technology and competition requires. A CBA is usually good for multiple years so it's hard for a company to make the necessary changes.

  • I got busted on the butt several times when I was in school.  It taught me one thing... don't do what I did to get busted.  As with any discipline there are opportunities for abuse but discipline is needed.  We were given a choice...

  • Burt's Bees... gotta have it... love it. Only problem I have is when I leave it in my pocket and wash my pants... ruined a couple of good pairs of jeans like that... but for lips it's great.
